With the announcement from the Kien Giang Tourism Department, all passengers arriving in Phu Quoc need to have a negative COVID-19 test result within 24 hours. Therefore, please conduct the test and show the test results when you check in at Vinpearl. For customers who have not been tested beforehand, Vinpearl will cooperate with Vinmec Phu Quoc to support customers in getting tested at the hotel for VND 500,000 per customer. Please contact the reservation hotline at 02973.550.550 to receive additional information. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Children under 4 years old can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid ID at check-in. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
