Personale accogliente ,palestra,accesso diretto alla spiaggia, all inclusive piscina con servizi e bar,camere capienti e luminose l’hotel è a 10/15 min a piedi da roda dove ci sono negozi ristoranti ecc ecc

Mancanz di un ascensore per portare e scendere le valigie ai piani ma è proprio una cosa minima

We stayed here before and loved the food and the piece and quiet. We really hoped it would be as good 2yrs later and it was! Please keep doing what you are doing, don’t change.

The cleaning of the room was a bit hit and miss and I think there could be a better system for getting replacement beach towels (they could be bigger as well).

Das einzig Positive an diesem Urlaub war das Personal, dieses war wirklich freundlich!

Essen: das essen war grauenhaft, selten so dermaßen schlecht gegessen wie hier. Wir mussten jeden Tag ausserhalb essen. Die Brötchen am Frühstück/ Abendessen waren steinhart… Hauptsache baked beans waren beim Frühstück vorhanden, das erwartet man sich in Griechenland… Man bekommt leider das billigste vom billigsten, die „Säfte“ konnte man nicht trinken, die „Cocktails“ mit billig Spirituosen zubereitet, Kopfweh vorprogrammiert :) An der Poolbar gab es Snacks, die unterirdisch waren, Gemüse verdörrt, liegt dort so wie es aussieht schon seit Tagen, Baguette mit ranziger Wurst drinnen. Wahnsinn!!! Es war am Essen leider wirklich NICHTS positives :( Mussten aus Pappbechern trinken weil jedes(!!!) Glas am Buffet schmutzig war (Lippenstift, Fruchtfleischreste), Besteck war ebenfalls verschmutzt. Zimmer: waren nicht sauber, Haare und Schmutzflecken im Bett entdeckt, Fugen im Bad schimmelig. Bad so klein, dass man die Türe nicht öffnen kann wenn jemand am WC sitzt. Es lag eine Fernbedienung für ein Klimagerät im Zimmer, leider war diese nur zur Zierde. Die Zu-/Abluft der Küche war so laut, dass man diese permanent wahrgenommen hat, auch am Balkon hörte man ständige Geräusche 24h am Tag. Bei einem 5* Hotel erwartet man sich andere Standards die hier einfach nicht erfüllt wurden. Wir konnten es kaum erwarten wieder abzureisen und können somit dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

Personnel au top, propreté des chambres et des équipements

This is a place for people who value peace and quiet holidays and relaxation rather than vibrant and more lifelike places. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They were so kind to pick for us a room meters away from the beach and the pool since they knew we had a toddler. The food was great and there were plenty of choices. If you miss a meal, there are always fresh options at the pool bar all the time. The manager at the restaurant made sure that everyone was happy and tended to, and the staff at the taverna made sure you had a 5 star experience. The whole stay, exceeded our expectations. Since we had a toddler we weren't able to experience any of the night entertainment, but it seemed like everyone was loving it. We will definitely come back.

We paid for a seaview, we got a garden view with some sea in the back if you try hard Very unprofessional people at the reception Constant power outbreaks Very poor internet quality- if you want to work from there- forget about it. Nothing around the hotel. Walking options limited
