De ligging was top. De kamer had alle faciliteiten wat nodig was. Alles werkte goed ondanks dat er geen personeel aanwezig was.

De kamer was niet heel schoon. Op de bedden zaten vlekken en de nachtkastjes en tafel waren niet schoongemaakt. Het hoofdbord van het bed was vies.

Hotel molto carino fuori dal centro di Rotterdam, personale estremamente cortese. Camera molto spaziosa con bagno grandissimo, doccia e vasca separata. In camera presente macchina del caffè e bollitore , nel locale comune vicino all ingresso a disposizione altre macchine del caffè , acqua fredda, acqua calda, cialde del caffè e bustine di the di svariate tipologie ad uso libero e gratuito, frigorifero comune. . Loker per depositare i bagagli prima dell arrivo e dopo la partenza.

La nostra camera al piano terra era leggermente rumorosa a causa del passaggio tram proprio fuori dalla struttura.
