Raised platform in rooms are not elderly friendly, lack of hand soap in toilet, loud music from nearby pubs till wee hours, insufficient lighting in room makes it quite dark

Det var fina rum och välordnat.

Saknade någon shuttle bus ner till byn. Städningen var lite olika från dag till dag. Vi saknade handdukar och vatten. Men sa vi till så fick vi det. Det var ingen i personalen som kunde någon engelska alls.
