Wonderful garden and spotless room "Botanica".

With a pool we would have stayed longer 😀

Nice and big room with an ensuite bathroom. Hosts Christiana and Paulo were very friendly and guided us on what to see around Lake Garda and introduced a couple of excellent restaurants. Breakfast was decently homemade style, which we love.

To stay in such location, it would be inconvenient if one doesn’t drive.

Beautiful place, really nice accommodation with nice garden, very cozy. And the hosts were just super, extremely helpful

The owner was able to recommend an alternative property, made a phone call to make arrangements and informed us they would pay the other property directly on our behalf (so must have received our booking and payment actually!).

On arrival in the evening with 2 young children, having paid in full in advance, we finally managed to find someone at the property who told us they were full (did not seem open) and had not received our booking.

I was notified just in one hour before arriving about overbooking and suddenly suggested to stay in another location in 10 minutes to drive. That new another farmhouse was really good and I want to make them a very good review, but again this is not my original booking place. So Thanks for resolving overbooking by accommodating in another place
