It was filthy and falling apart in room Broken chair, blown out and missing lights Carpet was gross Blankets had burn holes Clothes pile was broken I could go on and on

The staff was so awesome. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. Bed very comfortable. They provide smoking rooms.

Can’t really complain about anything. Maybe just check behind things when cleaning. Not a big deal. It was a great experience there.

Coffee is worse than awful. Get a better Coffee machine !

Very convenient to hwy, safe & quiet. Room was clean.

The bed was VERY firm and the pillows were like couch cushions, we couldn't use them. Also, the gentleman at the front desk was fine at check-in and asked me if I wanted smoking or non, to which I said non. The room was highly perfumed with a deodorizer to the point we had to open the door and window to air it out. I went back down to get a cup for tea. There were no cups and he said twice 'no coffee till morning ' but finally gave me a cup. He then said in an abrupt manner 'you requested smoking room! I was confused, and said no I requested non, he said when I booked online I requested smoking(clearly a mistake on my part, but he gave us a non smoking room). So I said okay, sorry. The only explanation I can think of is he heard us discussing the perfume in the room. Our room was at the far end away from the office. Not sure how he heard us. Is the room bugged, lol? He was just a bit harsh.
