Location near train station

Charged me twice. I arrived 1am and just needed 5 hours of stay. I was charged twice. Once via booking.com once at the reception. I told recept i have already paid via booking.com and they said no its not paid. Today it showed 2 charges for the amount of stay for that night. I called the hotel, their number is wrong. Also Hangzhou Upper Inn is not the correct name. Don't get to wrong address. Do better please.

Room was spacious and overall very comfortable. Very good shower with great water pressure. Bottled water replenished each day was good as the tap water said non-potable. Good location near the metro station making commuting easy. Good food options close by for budget and higher cost dining.

Breakfast was very ordinary and really didn't cater for western cuisine at all. Coffee was awful so we had to go around the corner to Starbucks or Luckin to get something better. Bed was not comfortable.

Location is convenient, 15 minute walk from east train station

For the same price you can stay in 5 star hotels not too far away, this was a 3 star at best.

The staff called 'Shu' (舒）really go extra miles to assist us, make us feel like home. She is really best hotel staff we ever met.

Hotel floor seems abit dusty

It has been listed as a four star property but the facilities they offer is two star. You cannot even take a taxi up to the door stop. No Bell boys either to help with luggage. Never stay here again.
