Everything was great, the personal, service, installations, rooms. And excellent location, I had a late knight event and got to the hotel really fast

"Ok for a low level stay "

We checked in after a storm and elevator was out of service. The person at the front desk couldn’t give us keys for the room. Then the front desk person offered a discount then took it back because we made the reservation with a third party company. We checked in with our two small dogs which is very convenient for us. We asked for more toilet paper because our stay was 3 days. The front desk couldn’t bring it to our room because of short staffed. On the third day there we started seeing ants. This stay was the worst and we might have to shop around for another hotel. Stay here with low expectations. It’s fair but with low level service.

Good location. Welcoming. Free breakfast, easy check in.

Lack of amenities in room. No blow dryer, had to ask for one and they took forever to bring it to the room. The sheets were not comfortable and the room / linens didn’t feel clean.
