great location and nice facilities.

Boardwalk needs replacing, 1 of the upstairs washing machines did not work, tvs in bedrooms are woefully undersized and need more in rooms with quad bunk beds. TV remotes in den need to be labled and need a better system to change the channels per TV as the remotes all work on each TVs in the den unless you are holding them up right on the TV. Need to add a crock pot for the kitchen. hot tub needs to be totally overhauled. Outdoor grill should be replaced.
