Property was nice and clean and comfortable. The room had some danger built in, the bathroom door is a barn door. It was also very heavy, the door slides very fast and it slammed on my son's hand. Also a badly placed lamp that multiple people knocked their heads on. The bathroom door does not lock, if you have kids you need privacy that was weird.

room layout, closet, size of bedside tables, number of power outlets

personnel were the worst of any front desk staff I have seen in years. why should it take 7 minutes to check into a room that is reserved with all info already given?? i asked for a car wah close, front desk guy had no idea, did not offer to search on Google to assist, went back to laying game on computer, finally found one, gave him the address and he said yes that address is in hays, i asked how far he jsut shrugged.

"Really nice hotel "

Very nice, large lobby. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed with large walk in shower. Would definitely stay again.
