Great place very close to the beach, excellent views. Love the fact we had our own pool

What a great spot! Close to the beach. Beautiful apartment with deck. The residence was incredibly well equipped (washer, dryer, cooler with wheels, beach chairs and umbrellas - to name a few). We were personally greeted upon arrival and shown around. As much as we want to keep Cerritos beach a secret, we would most certainly recommend this residence.

This was a nice place to stay. It's an easy walk to the beach, about 10 minutes or less. It's really quiet for the most part. There's a little construction around and the girls staying above us were very loud and rude so that wasn't helpful for sleeping but obviously that isn't the properties' fault. The pool was nice and relaxing. The condo itself is nice, comfortable. The staff is very friendly and it's nice that there is a gated parking area if you have a car.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The views, the amenities, walking distance to the beach, surfing, food, etc. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Beautiful accommodation, great amenities and the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Highly recommend booking if you are planning a trip to Cerritos.

This property is fairly new and in beautiful conditions. Floor plan is well laid out. Unfortunately, we were in the ground floor unit where people were constantly walking by our patio or looking in our window. Construction is occurring throughout the beach development area.
