Location is good

Cleanliness, the sheets were stained. Staff, rude. Went to ask for a towel because we only had 1 in the room and she said she put two and she wouldn't give us more. No cold water the first morning, also the toilet is so close to the sink that it was uncomfortable to sit down. The mattress support was bent and it would make the mattress drop it the middle, we had to put the mattress in the floor so we could sleep
