Naples Hotel

Knowing that the Naples Hotel was attempting to "up their game," and convert from a biker bar to more of a fine dining establishment, my husband and I took a recent trip to Naples, NY for a late lunch. The staff was welcoming, but the overall experience was lacking. The once-fresh flowers on the table were not only old, but literally hanging off the sides of the vase; a very sad look. (Just throw them out; it was insulting!) The beet salad was probably tasty a day or two previously; I'm really not fond of yellow arugula. Burger and fries were very good. Wine selection was impressive, but it was a pitiful -sized pour for $14!

I stayed here for a wedding with my family. Very nice and clean rooms especially the bathrooms. Small free breakfast and coffee was nice. However bartenders and staff are quite unhappy and ruined the wedding vibe. Bartenders were very inattentive and careless to non-regulars. And very limited parking.

Very clean. We stayed in the Merlot suite, it was large and comfortable. Great air conditioning. We liked the sitting room which had a fridge. The hotel is very quaint, in the center of town. There was a nice breakfast room to grab a coffee and snack. I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is really cute. We really enjoyed the easy, contactless, check-in. The attention to detail was obvious. We were in the Delaware Room on the second floor. It’s been newly updated and was clean. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. I appreciated the vintage decor! I had a hard time with the review because the issue was with external noise not in their control. The room is right above the kitchen of the restaurant. We could hear chatter all evening (fine while we were awake). We were both disturbed around 1-2am (a guess as we had been asleep) by voices and doors banging. I couldn’t tell if hotel patrons were returning from the bar or if it was those going to the parking lot outside the windows. It was a Saturday night so the bar and restaurant had been busy. Regardless, we did not sleep well. Perhaps choosing a room on the third level would help if you are sensitive. We did enjoy sitting on the little porch and all the treats/coffee/juice in the breakfast nook.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The property is beautiful and our suite was spacious and expertly appointed. Great attention to detail is present in all the furnishings and they succeeded in finding the proper balance between being true to the original time period and providing modern amenities. Even the music playing quietly in the hallway was spot on. This was our first "contactless hotel" and I was very impressed with how smoothly it went. Our suite was directly above the bar and we didn't hear any noise from it. Although unaffiliated with the hotel, the restaurant on the property is fabulous! The area itself is beautiful and highly walkable. We would definitely return!!

This place is interesting, worth every penny. BE ADViSED!!! This place is haunted. I’m not joking
