initial appaearance appeared more Euro style and seemed nice

Room assigned was by the ice maker room and obviously going to be very noisy. We asked for a replacement and the clerk refused, claimed no other rooms in that "class" of Booking.com were available. We asked to speak to the manager and she was abusive and also unhelpful and refused to listen to arguments or requests about what other king size bed rooms or queen size rooms were available. We were frankly appalled at the total lack of customer service so we left the hotel.

Yo tengo un reclamo porque yo hice una reservación con cocina, y la habitación tenía todo menos donde cocinar. Esto era lo más importante para mi porque yo tengo que cocinarle una dieta especial a mi hijo. Cuando pregunté en front desk por la cocina me indicaron que ninguna habitación tenía cocina. Por tanto me estafaron pagué un monto alto por una habitación sin cocina. Esto decepcionante
