Sijainti, siisteys, sisään- ja uloskirjautumisen helppous, oma pieni keittonurkkaus, oma kylpyhuone, parkkipaikka.

Huone oli todella kuuma, pieni tuuletin auttoi hieman asiaa. Sinänsä hotelli oli rauhallinen, mutta käytävältä ja yhteisvessasta kuului äänet huoneeseen. Huone kaipaisi pari hyllyä ja koukkuja seinälle, jotta tavaroita saisi siististi aseteltua huoneeseen.
