Hotel was very dirty rooms is Was horrible derby and Hotel also everywhere was very dirty and where did that paint and also carpet is was very very dirty Inside the rooms is was very dirty and everything was broken This hotel is maximum two stars

"This is not a 5 star hotel for sure, I would not recommend it to anyone, no matter the fact that an upgrade of the room"

-Parking service -Food was acceptable (alcohol cocktails would not recommend, very poor quality)

Facilities: -Facilities are old (renovation was a while ago for sure), SPA was closed at the moment, but even it would be open sauna was not included into the price of stay) -We had to switch rooms 3 times due to smoke smell inside the room after previous guests -Empty mini bar -Poor working air conditioner -No irons -No bathrobes and additional bath accessories were provided after several reminders -Receptionist did not speak English upon arrival -Room cleaning was forgotten at one time and was not performed even 2 reminders at the reception

"Poor"

Location is great and the staff is nice and friendly

The room was well worn out, full of stains and extremely basic. Housekeeping was very poor (no beds done, no toilet cleaning. The air conditioning in the common areas and restaurant was from very poor to non-existent. Food was below average.
