"Terrible and dirty."

Terrible experience. The room rates are far too high given the poor conditions. My room was dirty, the sofa was damaged, and both the bathroom and its door were in disrepair. To make matters worse, and only bed shifts. The room so dirty,the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive when I tried to speak with them. I advised people to find a different hotel if you are planning to visit college station.

Good location. Clean. Quiet.

The sofa bed was worthless and terribly uncomfortable for any size/age of person. Knowing this, and having 5 in our party, I would not have stayed here.
