"Exceptional"

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff. I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Valet parking is mandatory, and pretty expensive. Also there was an "accidental" fire alarm at 6:30 AM on a Saturday that was not fun to wake up to. Overall a great stay.

"Not worth the money"

We stayed at this property about 2 years ago and it was not as nice as the last time.

Fewer amenities in room - no body lotion, bottled water etc. Towels were worn and thin. The facility now charges a $20 resort fee which is not included in the booking.com rate. This place is far from a resort!

Breakfast was good, not great.

Coffee was not hot enough. Cream was not kept refilled Parking was too expensive. Needs to be a more affordable option
