Residence Inn by Marriott Marina del Rey

The hotel location was good considering we needed to be close to the meeting point for a kayaking class we were taking.

The extra costs associated with the hotel were unexpected and therefore we were disappointed with the total price of our stay.

No self parking available

no safe in room no lotion first day heater and Ac broken and the gave us three options 1-Chang our room without any help from hotel 2- giving us a heater 3-leave the hotel we chose accepting the heater and the nigh manger said we can’t give the heater who ever is promised that doesn’t have permission then you have 2 choices change the room no help from us or leave the hote

costumer service is really bad in front desk

desk and valet staff not responsive, lazy, couldn’t care less rooms crawling with ants hot water ran out limited dining overall a well designed hotel let down by total mismanagement and poor staff

Residence Inn Marna del Rey is a good clean property, rooms are modern and nice. It’s not a cosy place, it has a business vibe to it. Very nice location right on the marina with very good access to a walking path around the marina to walk and look at the amazingly expensive boats there.
