APARTMENT IN LEVANTE BEACH BENIDORM

We've stayed in this property loads of time in different apartments. This fell below the standard of what to accept.

The apartment was dirty and the shower had more mold in than you could imagine. The bathroom door was broken and the kitchen a right state. Spent the first day of the holiday cleaning and waiting for maintenance man to fix the shower and doors.

Close to the beach. Reasonable views. Staff responses were prompt.

The apartment stank of stale cigarettes, and alcohol. Benidorm I know! , but still. Some of the keys didn't work for the locks. I wouldn't stay here again,mainly due to the poor state of the apartment and faulty locks

Noise from fan or something that goes off every 5 minutes

The location was good.

We could not get the cooker to work. Next building's balcony had a good view of activity in the apartment

The only thing we could have possibly liked were the clean sheets and towels

Kitchen: Lack of utensils, shortage of mugs and cereal bowls No toaster On request these were supplied SAFETY POINT; if two cooking rings were switched on no other electrical appliance in the apartment could be used as it tripped / popped the fuses English language instructions for washing machine would have helped Main bedroom: damage to wardrobe doors, various marks / dirt streaks on ceiling and walls Living area: Coffee table badly marked and damaged Sideboard also has surface damage The sofa bed looks like an antique so we did not even bother trying to deploy it White plastic table with cigarette burn Balcony / sun room: Only one blind left up Various marks and screw holes in walls Old wooden dining table with marked top and mixture of plastic garden and rush seated dining chairs NOT A SINGLE COMFORTABLE CHAIR IN THE WHOLE APARTMENT!!! Spare bedroom: Walls marked with dirts streaks and pencil / crayon marks On moving the bed we found what was a dried vomit stain on the wall alongside the bed Bathroom: Dated, dirty finish so did not look clean Needs updating Door damaged and clumsily repaired Bad stay not helped by fact that lifts regularly stopped deliberately on higher floors by what we can only assume are permanent residents SAFETY POINT: No English language emergency instructions As we had been told by Blue Line that they had no other accommodation available we decided to leave early Unable to get our flights changed we booked into a hotel in Old Town for last six days of our stay CONCLUSION: We can imagine that the only people happy to stay in an apartment like this would simply see it as a place to doss down having consumed enough cheap alcohol to numb the experience Far from happy and definitely expecting a refund Not sure how often Booking.

The location was good, apartment as basic, but it's what you paid for, best shower I've had in benidorm apartments

The bed must have had bed bugs as every night I got bit and so did the other 3 in our party, and it wasn't mosquito bits, as I had them as well, otherwise I would have given this an higher score, never had anything like this in all my stays in benidorm. The bits even bruised
