Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Monroe

Convenient

If only all the Fairfield Inns were like this!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property overall but especially by the size, comfort and design of our room! The beds and pillows felt luxurious and the sofa, work area/desk, and 2nd TV were a plus! The fitness room was basic but had everything you needed - cardio, weights and nice yoga/stretch area; the dining area was large and clean; the firepit was cozy; and the pool wasn't overrun with non-hotel guests (which seems to happen everywhere these days). We only stayed 1 night but it was quiet and restful. I would stay here again and refer to others. The staff were the best of all - they allowed us to spread out and work in the lobby area and granted us late check-out without a fee! Thank you. A+++

I appreciate the free breakfast but it was less than mediocre. The pre-packaged food - cereal, yogurt + toppings, bagels & muffins were fine, but the hot cooked food was not good. "Cage-free" scrambled eggs were so dry and the turkey sausage was like leather. Fresh fruit would have been a nice option.

The location was great, very close to many things.

Breakfast selection could have been better but my overall stay was amazing.
