Skvělá lokalita, blízko na autobusy na letiště, do Nikosie i Pafosu. Komunikace s pronajímatelem byla přes booking, ale skvělá. Z bytu byl hezký výhled na město. V bytě byly dva balkony kde se dá velmi krásně sedět.

Excellent accommodation, easy to check in, clean and tidy, everything is as described, the beach is just a few steps away, restaurants and shops nearby...all in all, you won't find a better accommodation in Larnaca

The room was spacious and offered a comfortable amount of space throughout the stay. The location is literally in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything, which made it extremely convenient. The room was also well-equipped with useful amenities, including a washing machine (but not detergent), a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, and stovetops, making the stay practical and convenient.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not satisfactory due to several comfort-related issues. First of all, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. This significantly affected the overall quality of our stay. Additionally, there was only one pillow provided per guest, which was insufficient, and there was no option to request extra pillows. The bed was too small for two adults, making it uncomfortable and negatively impacting our sleep quality. Another major issue was the poor sound insulation, as outside noise could easily be heard inside the room. Moreover, the blinds did not provide adequate blackout coverage. There were gaps between them that allowed light to enter the room. This was not only a problem in the early morning, but also during the night, as the hotel’s facade was brightly illuminated, and the light penetrated the room continuously. Overall, there are several fundamental comfort issues that need improvement in order for the hotel to meet basic guest expectations.

Locația a fost foarte bună, centrală și aproape de tot ce aveam nevoie. Apartamentul a fost bine echipat și potrivit pentru șederea noastră.

Singurul aspect care ar putea fi îmbunătățit este ușa de la baie, care nu se închide complet, posibil din cauza umezelii.

A small new well located studio with 2 balconies that would be great in warmer weather. Self checkin went smoothly. Internet was good. Netflix was available on the smart tv. Communication with manager was efficient. An elevator malfunction that coincided with our arrival was immediately addressed by a technician and didn’t re-occur.

Kitchenette was small with little counter space. The unit has enough space to make a few utility enhancing improvements such as shelves and hooks.
