The bed was relatively comfortable. Maid was nice. 1 girl on the front desk was really friendly.

Bathroom was really dark and ill lit. Stayed several nights and breakfast was poor and exactly the same everyday. Except the one piece of white bread on offer was toasted two of the days. No butter or condiments. A LAZY, terrible and shamefull offering. The rest of the staff were like zombies. Strange and disappointing place. A so called boutique hotel with zero personality.

The hotel is charming throughout. From the gorgeous rooms to the delightful sitting nooks all tastefully decorated. A lovely rooftop Cafe for breakfast features a telescope where you can take a closer look at the cathedral and the surrounding mountains. A short walk to the zocolo. Great staff - friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Our room had a small kitchenette and a coffee maker. However there were no cups, cutlery or anything for taking advantage of the kitchen. Perhaps you have to ask for those. This was a pretty minor thing though.

The room was not large enough to open 2 suitcases in without laying one on the bed. The bathroom was so small that you had to sit sideways on the toilet or your knees would hit the wall in front of you. You had to turn sideways and sidestep to get past the toilet to enter the shower.
