Harbourside Marker 33

Jim McAvoy at guest services was fantastic. He was able to assist with our request no matter how small or off the wall. The staff in general was excellent. And the pool staff and outdoor bar tenders provided great service. We look forward to our next visit…

This was my second time staying at Harbourside at Marker 33 and the location and staff and location never disappoint. Arrived late (1:30am), the after hours instruction were very clear. Unfortunately my key did not work. However, I called the after hours phone number and within 10 minutes a maintenance man arrived to give me entry. The next morning I went to the front desk to register in person and obtain the keys for the week. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The unit provides a K-cup coffee maker. I needed a regular drip coffee pot, as I was staying here for business and would be working many hours. Within the hour a housekeeping person as well as a maintenance man worked together to find one in their storage room then delivered it to my room. Both men were very kind and friendly. The unit was very clean, the location is great. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool or water feature. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with the General Manager to thank him and mention how great his staff is. He was also very friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Indian Rocks Beach area!

Front office was very friendly & professional. General Manager Mr. Momat was very helpful and informative, when looking for places to visit and restaurants in the area. It was too cold to use the water park, but it still looked fun! Hotel was clean and rooms were well appointed.

This resort has deceptive advertising. The pool and Waterpark are NOT part of the accommodations. It only comes with one pool pass per room. You will need to pay an additional $15-$30 per person per day to access the pool area. That is on top of the $30 extra per day you have to pay for the room. You can only use the pool before 10am and after 6:00 pm. The salesperson literally follows you out of the door trying to get you to do a tour. The floors in the unit were filthy. Our feet and socks were black. It took 3 calls over 2 days to take care of a maintenance issue. Be wary of this condo. We had to call RCI to get another pool pass included in our room. They were shocked when I told them the situation but called management and had it resolved. Please read the fine print before booking this resort. Don’t be fooled by the photos or the 5 star reviews.

Meet an amazing employee in the parking garage, Christina Barnes. I asked if she could tell me how to get into the water park. She not only told me how but walked me to the entrance. During our conversation, I mentioned that our room was very cold and we had only minimal silverware. She immediately got someone to adjust our room temperature and she, personally, delivered the needed additional silverware and supplies. Christina went out of her way to make our stay here comfortable. She is an outstanding employee and should be recognized for her dedication.

This a great place for a vacation. We had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected and very clean. We enjoyed the water park and the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed on a Weekday and was greeted by Kaleigh and Davion and they couldnt have been nicer. they explained all the amenities and let us know about the local restaurants in the area to check out. Hotel was clean, AC was cold in the room, and overall appearance was kept up and clean. Water park is a must. we overlooked the harbor and was walking distance from the beach.

The weather was amazing less than 2 block walk to beach access and the room size and view was phenomenal! Our balcony opened directly up to the water park and harbor which my son loved! Our host Katie was Amazing! Very friendly and helpful! We will be back!

The service at the front desk is the best I have ever seen. Kayla and Silvia helped us out so much. They answered all questions we had, made sure we knew about all amenities here and provided us with solutions to a problem when our dryer stopped working and it was almost checkout time. Friendly and helpful is an understatement. Also, this place was so clean, everywhere. The only tip I have is to bring foil and a cookie sheet pan if you are in a room with a kitchen. We had nothing to bake in the oven with.
