Das Personal war sehr höflich, sehr diskret & zuvorkommend.

Fabulous location - right in the heart of the old town, so everything was in easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful. Lots of really useful information provided about the area, too. We felt it was good value compared to other places in San Sebastian. Couldn't ask for more, really! We would be very happy to stay here again. A little tip: if you drive, parking around the old town is very expensive. After reading a load of reviews we chose to park at the car park by the station. They had a weekly rate which was considerably cheaper than the daily rate, but you have to go up to the office next to the supermarket to buy this.

Other than the dangerous temptation of the excellent ice cream shop directly opposite, nothing!

Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Stadt.

Es ist ziemlich hellhörig, was Wasserleitungen betrifft, damit konnten wir dennoch gut leben.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The elevator worked great. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet when the doors were closed. Fantastic location!

The mirror above the sink needs to be replaced. The finish has worn and it is spotted all over.

O ședere foarte plăcută! Totul a fost curat și confortabil, iar unul dintre lucrurile care mi-au plăcut cel mai mult a fost patul — foarte comod, cu o saltea excelentă, perfect pentru un somn odihnitor. Gazdele au fost primitoare și atente, iar experiența a fost una foarte reușită.

Sehr gute Lage.
