I love being right in the center of San Sebastian...I mean SECONDS from pintxo bars! The minute I arrive I was warmly greeted and given all I needed to know...what a great reception. My room was so perfectly maintained and cleaned. I mean it was not just a 10 but a 10+! Next trip...again at Ur-Alde!

This is no reflection on the hotel, I personally was afraid I might lose my fob! This fob ...allows entrance not only to the outside door but is necessary to get in your room. It would be nice if they had some "emergency" access just in case a fob was misplaced or lost.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Old Town

Room was a bit nasty. Toilet stuck out into the room, separated only by a glass door. Shower was another separate room, and a free-standing sink in the bedroom
