Citystay Living - Marino Place

We were in an apartment on the top floor of the building. One of the best things about the place was the interaction with the staff, even if it was all online or by telephone. We had to change our plans and arrive later than we'd hoped in Cambridge. Not only did they send us clear instructions, but there was a friendliness and helpfulness to the instructions and interactions which we really appreciated. The place is very well located for the centre and was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, plus necessary cutlery and crockery). The bathroom was fine. The space inside is arranged sensibly, and although there was no desk, there was a kitchen table to work on. The bed is relatively narrow, but comfy. There was a storage room, which was a good size too, and we also found another storage space, where you could put suitcases.

On the whole, it was really good. The positive of being well-equipped is that, in a small space, there's not a lot of room for manoeuvre, but it's manageable. There was no plug near a mirror, so it was harder for my wife to dry her hair. But otherwise it was great and there was a friendliness not only about the communications but about the place that will stay with me.

We were visiting Cambridge for the weekend and the apartment was a perfect location to stay, 10 min walk to City Centre and close to bars/restaurants
