CAThe staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure amazing service. The beds were really comfortable. Shower was large and had good water flow. Location was great, just a bit out of the way so it wasn't too noisy but still only a 15min walk from the Basilica.
It could have been a little bit cleaner to our taste.

That there wasn't a chair on the room, they didn't cleaned the room during the day, when I asked why, they said that I had to tell them, which is wrong. There was no roof at the main hall of the hotel, so everytime it rained, we got wet while walking to the room.
Beware !! This property never answers to any phone calls nor emails, they closed due to covid and they don’t tell you nor want to give you a refund even do I cancel on time !!! Hotels.com washed their hands by stating they can’t get a hold of the hotel. I did not stay there and they still charged me !!!
