Great location! Loved Echoland and everything it had to offer. The Ramen Restaurants next door was also fantastic. The property had everything a family needed and was very well appointed and set out. Beautiful property for a family of 6.

We had an unfortunate experience with noise. The main bedroom was on the street and even though we had read in the reviews that there was noise from the restaurant next door that wasn’t the problem. There was a lot of snow falling during our stay and the snow ploughs started clearing snow at 2am - 6am right outside our bedroom window for two nights. On another night we had some people arguing outside our bedroom from 2-3am followed by the snow ploughing from 5am. We reported this to the property managers who were helpful and put signs outside our windows and doors. Not sure it helped but I guess all these disturbances are outside their control. My suggestion would be to install some very heavy black out curtains to help absorb noise from outside and maybe look into other ways to reduce sound. Our kids, who slept in the back bedrooms heard nothing, so the positioning on the street for the primary bedroom is the problem and I guess can not be changed.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend I had such a wonderful experience staying here! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect – close to all the attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Beautiful spacious property with pretty views of Happo-one. Everything was clean and it had great amenities. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants.

The property is connected to a very busy restaurant. There were constantly people waiting for food outside our door and the master bedroom window. The walls/windows were thin so we could hear the loud conversations going on up until late closing. It’s a busy corner of the street which made getting in and out of the parking stall tricky and also loud at night. You have to put a parking cone out each time you leave so that restaurant patrons don’t take up all the parking. The walls in the units are also thin so we could hear noise and footsteps from the neighbours beside us.

Excellent. Nice and clean. Convenience place in Hakuba. Only drawback is master bed room close to main road. Could be a bit noisy.
