The staff was so kind to us, the room was perfect, the hotel is completely new and everything is clean and well organised. I will stay the again if I go to Sofia in the future

Hyatt, люблю в любой стране! И в Софии он на уровне, удобная постель, чисто, прекрастный завтрак, персонал отзывчивый, все улыбаются, быстро обслуживают. Быстро подали машину в аэропорт. Рекомендую для бизнеспоездок.

Good location.

Super uncomfortable beds, definitely the worst I have experienced in a hotel unless you are used to sleeping in an arched up position. Cleanliness of the common areas and in the room was poor for the brand of this hotel (there were dust spots everywhere). One night there was a glass beer bottle broken up in one of the lifts and and broken glass spilling from the lift into the reception, no sign, no activity to clean-up by staff even if it was on the reception floor. Not what I am expecting for a hotel of this brand.
