Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand von Zimmer und Einrichtung waren einfach schlecht. Es gab keine Zimmer-Reinigung in 12 Tagen.

Sauberes Zimmer!

Leider konnte ich an beiden Abenden mein Zimmer mit dem Code nicht direkt öffnen. Es hat jeweils mindestens 10 Minuten gedauert, bis ich die Tür geöffnet hat. Leider war der Kundenservice nicht zu erreichen beziehungsweise hat das Anliegen nicht ernst genommen.
