Kein Toilettenpapier, Fernbedienung kaputt, kein Wasserkocher inkl Tee/Zucker etc, was eigentlich in jedem Hotel üblich ist, Duschgel eher alt und billig, insgesamt keine normale Grundausstattung

"Gute Lage zum Flughafen zu angenehmen Preisen."

Direkt an der S-Bahn, nur 3 Stationen zum Flughafen. Ideale Lage für frühe Abflüge. Frühstück hat mich überrascht, gute Auswahl. Check in kann vorab elektronisch gemacht werden, verkürzt die Wartezeit beim Check in.

"Keine Handtücher"

Keine Handtücher vorhanden. Nur eine Fußmatte in der Dusche. Ich habe den Vermieter benachrichtigt (email). Nach 2 Stunden "pampige" Antwort. Die Handtücher würden auf dem Bett liegen. NEIN! Im Zimmer lagen keine Handtücher! Keine Antwort oder Entschuldigung seitens Sleeppoint. Mieser Umgang mit Gästen!
