The bathroom and the new curtains were nice but that’s about it

No Wi-Fi, no dishwasher, old and tired needs a makeover

The location was superb. Took us no more than 5 minutes to walk into town. The house was very warm and had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing I can think of.

Close to town, clean and comfortable

Great location, very easy walk to town. The lounge was comfortable and most things one needed were there. Was very handy having a high chair.

Kitchen utensils were not very clean and the kitchen was not tidy or orderly and there were no sharp knives which I think are vital to preparing dinner. Would have been nice to have some steak knives too, since there is a BBQ on site. I also think it would be nice if the guest could just pre-order the gas bottle and it be onsite when they arrive, rather than having to pick it up themselves. The beds were far too soft for me and there was not quite enough toilet paper, could have done with one more roll.

The spacious living room with fire place

The balcony was not cleaned, with dry leaves and dusty. Chairs were exposed and trapped with rain water, with stained mark. I have to wash the chairs eventually before sitting
