"the mess I got into"

6.0

No ice bucket in the room. When asked for one, they brought me something that looked like it had been tossed in the trash, the lid was so awful, didn't fit. In the parking area, and on every level there is a stairwell that locks you in and the only way out is too climb back down to the 1st floor. The parking area has some concrete posts and God help help the person that hits those posts by accident.

I absolutely loved this property and I’m so glad I stayed here. The staff was amazing and super nice from the beginning until the end of my stay. There are really good restaurants around this area. I went to Laudy’s almost everyday that I was there, they had amazing food and a really good vibe. Whenever I come back to Fort Lauderdale, I’m definitely staying here again!

Check in was a breeze, the young man at the front desk was super welcoming. When we first got to our room for unknown reasons the toilet wouldn’t flush, I contacted the front desk , the problem was resolved within 10 mins. The rooms are super small, pictures are very deceiving. The Beds are uncomfortable, I barely got any sleep. I contacted the front desk prior to leaving for our day trip (Saturday) about toiletries , tidying up the room & a fresh set of towels just to come back and everything was still a mess and no clean towels. The communication could have been a lot better. Location is great ! Very close to the beach , restaurants , shopping areas, etc. The hotel is very nice and clean.
