No air-conditioning .top floor to many steps.. no.11 garage very hard to park very narrow

No air-conditioning very hot facing west.front door very hard to open top floor 32 steps to reach especially with luggage

"It was a hassle picking up and dropping off the keys."

The view was great.

The remote for the gates didn’t work which delayed our easy access It was only be accident that we thought of trying the access code the we were able to get our car through the gate. On unlocking the garage door we our car wouldn’t fit. Thankfully one of the residents told us to park in another spot not been used.f
