"We were very happy with our stay, and will definitely book at this hotel again when in the area."

The parking was great, the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very welcoming to my ESA as well. Danielle was more than accommodating and was so sweet. We dealt with her most of the time, but Alexandria was also very helpful.

The shower curtain could’ve been more aesthetically pleasant. It had holes in it, looking like it has been through the wash too many times, and there could be heaters in the bathrooms. Odessa is known for its cold winters so a heater would’ve been most helpful in a cold bathroom with tile flooring.

"Nice hotel in Odessa"

This hotel is a solid choice. There was an issue with our reservation, but to the front desk credit, they worked through it. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast choice was breakfast sandwiches, which was a little underwhelming. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
