Tolle Lage, moderne saubere Zimmer. Tolles Bett. Wünsche gut umgesetzt. Barmitarbeiter sind super.

Mir hat insbesondere die Atmosphäre sehr gut gefallen! Ausgefallenes Interieur/Flair, sehr gute Grundstimmung, gelassene Stimmung. Frühstück: Ausgewählte Speisen, frisch, gute Brot/Brötchenauswahl (trotz Sonntag) und: Endlich mal kein biederes Geschirr! Kurz: Tolles Gesamtpaket!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Urgent Attention Required I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent stay at the hotel. I booked two rooms for £571.20 each per night, which I later discovered is six times the average cost. This price is outrageous given the size of the accommodation. The rooms were incredibly small, leaving barely enough space to move around the bed. Additionally, the limited TV channels offered were disappointing, and there was absolutely no desk space to work on my laptop. This lack of basic amenities made my stay not only uncomfortable but also unproductive. I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid, and I feel misled by the advertising and the overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly and provide a solution, as the value received fell far short of what was promised.
