Staff: are very friedly and courteous (e.g. helpful with extension to stay longer despite facing challenges with an extension booking via a hotel service provider). Also, although close to the 'city' center , very quiet. Very good pool for relax after trips through the Oasis. Challenge: Despite frigde in the room was operating but the cooling system was not working. recommendation: More offer for trips inside / outside the oasis would be of help.
A great place to stay, with really good staff in the restaurant and cafe. The building itself is a bit tired and needs work to bring it back to it's best.
