Perfect as always

You get what you pay for, which is perfect. For a night just before taking an early flight, that's the best choice you can take.

Good location and decent value for the price. The woman who runs the place is friendly and very helpful, she got me a cheap cab ride to the airport. Shops and food outlets near by.

It's on the flight path so not recommended if you get upset by noise of the aircraft every few minutes.

I cannot say anything I liked because I could not access the property.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this property when I contacted the owner to explain that I would be doing my check-in late at 1am. He said he would leave the key for me and sent instructions. The problem is that when I arrived, the key he provided did not work!! It was 1am and I found myself on my own in the street with nowhere to go. He did not check the key and did not realise it did not work!!! I know we all can have mistakes, but this was a serious one! I was calling to the phone number he provided and sent messages, but no reply. I asked a neighbour and they drove me to another hotel nearby. It cost me quite expensive (they clearly overcharged me taking advantage of my bad situation). Next day I went to see the owner to clarify the situation, and I asked him to give me the refund + paying for the difference I had to pay extra in the other hotel (I provided the invoice). He accepted and apologised. I hope next time he will make 100% sure that the key he provides works or at least check any messages/calls for an emergency. This was not a nice experience at all.

The lady at the reception was friendly.

The room wasn’t really clean.. especially the toilet. On of the water bottles given, the seal was already broken.

The only cause to stay there is if you need to get to the airport in a night, when public transport doesn't work. The place fits this more or less, cause the taxi doesn't cost to much from there to airport (manager ask us 150 bat for a taxi in 4 a.m.) and it came in time. The airport is quite near the place, but you can't get to the airport by walk, cause there is a channel, and working way through bridges takes about 8 kilometers, so the taxi is necessary, even if you like, like we do, night walks.

First of all: check in time in this place is 14:00 and check out is 11:00-12:00 It can be understandable: staff need some time to clean the room, especially if there are a lot of rooms and just one cleaner. But in fact, the cause of such wide spread between check in and check out time is "just a business". We drive whole night by car to Bangkok, and came earlier. They ask us 300 bat for "early check in", though the room was ready when we arrived. 300 bat for several hours is almost a half of what we pay for 24 hours (not 24 hours actually, as we checked out at 4 a.m.) Other issues are not such serious, but anyway. There are a lot of mosquitos in a room. Room was very small. Toilet and shower are in one small room. It's so little that you almost need to take a shower sitting on the toilet bowl. You need to get off you clothes in front of the window without curtain, and there is a living building opposite the window in 10-15 meters from it. Do not expect silence there, take a ear muffs with you to have some rest, and anti-mosquito repellent.
