"Sucks it’s the only half decent local hotel."

Good location, nice staff

Showers took forever to warm up, our TV was not working the entire stay, it kept turning on and off and the volume would go to max, small beetle and stinkbug in room, and bedding is so uncomfortable, it’s almost like a shower curtain for a comforter.

Breakfast options

The ceiling had a hole and was cracked in bathroom not worth price to see that. The hotel didn’t clean spills timely I had to place a wet floor sign in elevator after stepping in coffee or something

"Convenient Location"

Breakfast in the very attractive lobby was excellent. Our King room was lovely and there was a peaceful view of farmland from our window. The location was perfect for going downtown to restaurants and a Carnegie Hall concert and for visiting Lost World Caverns and White Sulfur Springs iconic Greenbrier Hotel and it’s Cold War Bunker tour.

Staff didn’t seem well trained in security measures. When we misplaced our key card we went to the front desk and asked for another….and were promptly given one without anyone checking our ID to verify that it was actually our room! This is a huge breach of security protection for guests. Sheets and pillowcases are polyester and when I asked if they could be changed to cotton bedding because I have a strong sensitivity to polyester I was told that wasn’t possible. I am not the only person with a sensitivity to polyester and it would be a good idea to keep a set of cotton bedding in each bed size on hand for future guests. And then to inform front desk employees and housekeeping crew members that cotton bedding is available on request.

"Nice staff but small room."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was nice.

The room was okay but the bathroom was very small. The room was not as large as I thought it would be. There were slamming doors all around me until 11pm.
