It was clean and the downstairs was very roomy for eating breakfast. Looks very modern and clean

There were three things that went wrong. The most important was that the shower pressure was so low that if you tried to add any cold water to the shower it Woild reduce the pressure to a very low drip not conducive for showering, no bathtub. Second the microwave did not work and three separate complaints for this plus the shower pressure went unanswered for our duration of the stay. The parking was tricky at nite and people were double parked making it tricky to get out of your parking space early in the mornings.

Responsive and accommodating staff. Fresh, comfortable, roomy, and especially clean facilities. Lewisburg is a sweet and cool historic town to visit.

Communication with Hilton customer service was difficult, too much automation and run-around. It wasted my time. However, once I spoke to Marion at the hotel, he was excellent! The meat at breakfast wasn't to our liking. Could have used an extra pillow on the sofa bed, but I didn't ask for one.

"Home2 Gets lots of things right!"

Innovative suite design. At first, I wasn't sure about curtain separator or curtain closet cover but they were quite functional and aesthically pleasing. The refrigerator had a freezer compartment. TV had a guide and was easy to navigate. Walk-in showet was nice. Bedding was comfortable (soft, clean). Plenty of outlets/plugs for computer, phones, etc. Safe in closet was a plus.

The closet needed to be just a little wider so the luggage rack could fit between the ironing board and the safe. (I just like having my luggage out of the way).

"Very Good"

Clean, modern and comfortable

We stayed on the 4th floor and the TV kept pixelating during a world series baseball game. I called the desk and they said it was because it was a live broadcast and there wasn't a good connection to the upper floors but we could come to the lobby and watch! We were in pj's by then so that wasn't an option. Very disappointing! Also--- no luggage carts.
