Der Strand und die Promenade sind von der Wohnung aus gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf.

Im Schlafzimmer waren an der Wand und unterm Fenster Stockflecken und Spuren von Schimmel. Siehe Fotos. Sauberkeit war ok, teilweise Spinnenweben in den Ecken und Schränken. Die Jalousin am Fenster zum Teil defekt.
