Good location

No hot water in the 2 evenings/nights we stayed. Breakfast was not good.

Best foot forward... The proximity to the hospital/restaurants/highway is the best feature. Friendly staff acknowledge guests and exchange greetings. Hot coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Good parking area lighting. The property generally presents as clean and attractive. The dividing drape between the king bed and the sofa bed is nice for isolating those in the room who are quietly active from those who want to rest.

However, our 6-night experience was also very disappointing. The elevator was out of service upon arrival and again during our stay (the 2nd elevator car was never in service). Unattended stairwell (dead roach at 1st landing, never removed). Lack of HOT WATER on first night; intermittent hot water issue persisted throughout stay. Loose bathroom faucet (see pic). Wall thermostat didn't work; required using the A/C control panel. Kitchenette drain had a foul odor (kept it covered). Missing cabinet door handle below TV (see pic). Limited breakfast options and poorly stocked (bulk cereal, fruit hard to reach); different from promo gallery images. Pool gate latch unsecured, kept slamming open and shut during one high-wind night, allowing entry from the rear parking area without a keycard. Generally noisy room overall, from guest room doors that loudly slam shut to unbelievable guest disturbances during early morning (hammering/assembling something @6AM) and late night hours (kids running wild without adult supervision @9-11PM). Needed to run the A/C fan constantly, just for the white noise.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! On the very positive side, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and all of the staff at the hotel besides the manager are kind and helpful. However, likely you will not have hot water for your stay (something the hotel knows about but will not tell their guests), and you probably will not have elevators that work. On top of that, the manager, Jennifer, is THE WORST hotel manager I have EVER had to deal with. She dodges being at the hotel or being reachable by phone or by email. When we did finally reach her, she had no concept of customer service and would not honor the hotel's own 100% satisfaction guarantee or the night's stay is on them. It was our fault that we stayed longer when the hot water was out, and we should have just chosen another hotel. WOW! Well, next time, I WILL choose another hotel and perhaps another chain!!!! Oh, and Jennifer, do you plan to keep your word that you will refund one night's stay and give us "lots of Hilton Honors points"? To date, you have not done so.

The surroundings were convenient

Even if room service was requested it wasn’t done. The water boiler NEVER worked when needed so hot water wasn’t available and was constantly asking to have the reset it.. didn’t help when it was already cold out.

We never stayed here. Even though we had booked a room through Booking. com, when we arrived at the hotel the lady working the front desk stated, We don't have any rooms. Booking.com never update their website. Not her problem. We would have to deal with Booking.com to resolve the issue. Now you are billing me for the first night because it was a nonrefundable rate.

The cleanliness of my room. The pillows were very soft as well..

Broken door knows. Loud monkeys running the hallway and banging the walls. Guess you can't take the ghetto jungle out of them.
