Booked here for a night. When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 20-30 minutes before I tried calling the front desk, which rang for a couple of minutes before the lady finally showed up. When we were finally helped, the lady was rude and did not apologize for the wait. All of this wait only to find out that our reservation had been lost and that there was nothing they could do because they were booked solid for the night. Again, very unapologetic to us with our 3 kids that had been waiting for over a half hour in the front lobby. Not sure if the booking problem was the hotel or Expedia, but the service and the way that it was handled was awful. Also very disappointed in Expedia for not replacing our room for a comparable stay, we needed a place for 5 people and they would not cover a 2nd room. Absolutely awful experience and I will not be using Expedia again.

Staff was amazing, the new breakfast was great with all the new options they have to build your own sandwich. Beds were comfortable and room cleanliness was the best I’ve experienced in a hotel in a long time. Will be back to stay next time I’m in the Battle Creek area

The sheets were not good. When i first got in the bed i could feel the lint balls on my body. We got up and looked sheets were dingy. So we slepted on top of covers. The next day i realized i was bite on 2 different places on my left leg. Praying it wan not beg bugs. Definitely need t9 do better with cleaning. Also in the shower it was black tar mold looking stuff around the rim of shower door.

Enjoyed our 1night.. comfortable and clean.

The room was very spacious, the property was very clean and it was within 10-15 minutes of shopping and the casino. When in Battle Creek again I plan to stay here again.
