Stayed here while visiting someone at the Shepherd Center. Hotel was very nice and convenient. Staff was extra friendly and on top everything. The free breakfast was great

"Rude Staff and Unfair Charges — Avoid This Hotel"

Hotel looks modern, but customer service is extremely poor. I checked in at 6:47 PM and checked out by 9:30 PM due to rude and unprofessional staff. I was charged $178 for a night I didn’t stay, plus $25 for parking, even though I already paid $6 at the garage. WiFi did not work. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

Didnt end up staying here because we couldnt fit in the parking garage. Very nice hotel and nice staff. Full refund on a refundable room due to parking

The reception was very bad the very rude shift manager does not know how to deal with elderly people, I have heart problems and the way I treat my wife and me as if we were ignorant
