SF Avenue Santander

The location of the apartment is fantastic, situated within walking distance of the waterfront of Santander. Most of the walk is through pedestrian only streets, past cafes, shops, bars and supermarkets. We were possibly in one of the smaller apartments that were offered, the space was well organized, although small. We appreciated being able to hang our washing outside the window and that there were pegs provided. It was clean. Check in instructions were very good and worked well. A very pleasant stay.

The property needs a clothes drying rack for rainy days. Also, there were very few supplies. It would be nice to have more coffee pods and to have paper towels. Small details that make a difference.

Super comfortable bed, great location and easy check in.

The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries), restaurants and bars and bus stop right outside. The main bus station is about 10 minute walk away.

Close to local attractions . The secondary bedroom was warm as there was no window some dirty cups in the cupboard oversight I’m sure. Extra bed in living room not comfortable at all I think it was a boxspring. Overall it was a nice place a little more attention to detail.

Nice kitchen for ease of cooking

Location, space, modern, well equipped kitchen, clean. Host was very helpful with restaurant and parking recommendations.

Why not provide an adequate supply of toilet paper? For such a minor cost it is a poor decision and annoys clients.
