Big size rooms with good potential and good furniture

No air conditioning (luckily we had our own fan) - you need to leave windows open in case of hot weather, but too many smokers in the building, so you’re room will soon be full of smoke. Check out too early at 10 and cleaners promptly knocking at your door. Reception not very informative.

Poor pillows. Noise from unit outside. Lack of menu in other languages.

Owner was very pleasant, Large Modern bedroom, clean and excellent parking facilities (free)

Very difficult to access the hotel due to the motorway exit closure. Would have been useful if the hotel had forewarned us.

Restaurant, food, nice rooms

Location

Appealing, simple styling throughout, with lots of orange! Spacious, spotlessly clean room. Very well-designed bathroom. Easy parking right in front of the hotel.

Disappointed to find that our one-night stay was a public holiday, and so the restaurant was closed. Not much else on offer, but the nearby pizzeria was fine. And not the hotel’s fault, but having Pforzheim-Ost entry and exit closed because of long-term roadworks makes the hotel quite difficult to access if heading eastbound.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean, quite spacious with a free baby bed. Nice breakfast and dinner restaurant.
