The service and staff attitude are absolutely terrible! Literally every single employee there doesn’t even try to hide their disgust towards you. The receptionist can stay bent over their phone without even looking up while you’re trying to ask for help or resolve something. It feels like they all go through some kind of special training on how to neglect and disrespect guests! The only exception is the senior manager (a young man with a beard, usually in the mornings). He is genuinely dedicated to service, always ready to help with any issue, and truly cares about the guests. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember his name, but thank you so much for your work! The rooms are full of ants crawling on the tables! We unfortunately stayed here for a whole week, and during that time, our room was cleaned only ONCE! And the most outrageous part: they cleaned it only on the FOURTH day, and only after I personally went several times to request it. For three days straight, they looked me in the eye and promised it would be done. The last time, another receptionist even told me it was my fault that the room wasn’t cleaned, because we had extended the booking! Again, the staff openly treats guests like idiots. I’ve never seen worse service, not even in budget hotels. If you are looking for a proper gym, this is not the place. Apart from a couple of treadmills and an elliptical trainer, plus a few light dumbbells more suitable for kids or women, there is nothing. As for the pool — don’t waste your time. It’s tiny, maybe suitable only for a small child. The photos look nice, but in reality, it’s nothing like that. And finally, the cherry on top: in the middle of the week we extended our stay, and the receptionist asked if I wanted the receipt emailed to me. I said yes, and she sent it. After check-out, I needed the second receipt for my records, so I wrote and called several times. Every single time, they told me it was “impossible” because the booking was made through...
