Bed was comfortable

Although aware of the renovations. Did not expect reception to be tables covered in black cloth. The breakfast was terrible. Extremely poor selection and low quality. If I had known that this was the case I would have booked elsewhere. This was meant to be a special getaway for my husbands significant birthday and I was disappointed and let down.

Hotel is in a great location, close to walking distance in Hobart. Comfortable clean rooms, nice heated pool, great food and service at the restaurant. A really nice hotel all round. .

The parking was $35 a night, a bit expensive.

Great location, tons were well appointed.

Whilst not a problem overall, would have been good to experience the whole facility without the renovations. The kitchen or room service of some kind not being available after 8:30pm was a little disappointing. Just another note: the drainage in the shower seemed to be restricted and is potentially flooding risk. Might need some draino or a clean out somehow.

Loved the beds and our room had a lovely view

The reception area was obviously temporary but very underwhelming. The car park off site was “full” which left us in a predicament for parking. Staff did not seem very friendly. Breakfast was very ordinary without even being able to order a coffee.
