Great owners and staff, good with languages, very friendly, calm place, great sitting spots and had some nice evenings with the other travelers, the owners got out of their way to help with everything anyone needed, the breakfast was great, would recommend to everyone.

Such friendly staff, an adorable crazy little puppy (and two other chill dogs), An amazing breakfast spread prepared in the morning. Felt very safe

Would be great if all the bunks had curtains, and there were a few more outlets

Cute little guesthouse really quiet in the heart of Ubatuba! The breakfast was amazing! The host is really friendly and helpful! Free bicycle to get around the city.

A Casa Zen é um lugar muito especial, muito aconchegante e com uma administração super humana e preocupada com o bem estar dos hospedes. Eu já fiquei em muitos hostels, inclusive em Ubatuba, e este sem dúvidas foi o mais especial. O café da manha é de surpreender, muito melhor do que de hotéis e pousada, posso garantir… os voluntários (em especial Agustina e Tali) são super energia para cima e receptivas… sem falar nos cachorrinhos e os gatos que deixam o ambiente ainda mais familiar. Ótima cama, um bom chuveiro e uma boa área de convivência. E para melhorar, eles disponibilizam uma bicicleta ao qual foi essencial para que eu conhecesse muitos lugares da cidade. A foto em anexo foi feita por mim com outros hospedes dos quais tive o prazer de fazer amizades, o ambiente é muito propício para fazer novos amigos!!! Espero voltar mais vezes :))

I like the vibe of the place, chill, calm and feels like home. The breakfast was definetely the best of all, complete, made with care and love. The host is amazing. Very amazing person with a great staff.

There was few electrical hubs in the room and some were broken. But not significant as I change sides and got a place with the plugs.

lovely hostel ! ideal location and it's comfortable. It wasn't too busy when I was there which meant I didn't have to share the facilities too often which worked for me :) Staff are super welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is amazing !

it's a bit more expensive than what I usually pay for a dorm room

Breakfast with lot of things. Cute place with different spaces. The staff & the owner are super friendly ! Free bike to discover Ubatuba. The restaurant / café of the hostel is a great place to eat or work & it's open every day. It's perfect stay if you want a clean space & tranquility. Not a lot of people.
